These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 444x ("444x", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 444x website, mobile platform, and all associated services accessible at https://444x.cam.

444x is an online betting and casino information platform designed for and targeting Pakistani users. The platform operates in English and presents all financial information in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) where applicable. 444x does not claim to hold any license issued by Pakistani governmental authorities, including the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), or the State Bank of Pakistan. Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable to them under Pakistani federal and provincial legislation, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 444x platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must cease use of the platform immediately.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" — the registered user account created by an individual on the 444x platform, through which betting, casino, and account management functions are accessed.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits and any bonus funds credited in accordance with applicable promotional terms.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded to a User's Account subject to wagering requirements and other conditions specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, comprising identity, age, address, and source-of-funds checks required under anti-money laundering obligations.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the native currency in which balances, limits, and transaction amounts are displayed on the 444x platform where referenced.
• "Platform" — the 444x website, mobile-optimised site, any downloadable application, and all associated services and content operated under https://444x.cam.
• "Restricted Territory" — any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform is prohibited by applicable law. Users in Restricted Territories must not use the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a User must wager using bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount.

Your use of the 444x platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance occurs at the earliest of: (a) clicking any "I Agree", "Register", "Sign In" or equivalent confirmation during account registration; (b) accessing any content, function or service on the platform; or (c) placing any wager or making any deposit.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, policies or promotional terms published on the platform, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, game-specific rules, and individual promotion terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific policy, the more specific document shall take precedence in respect of the matter it governs.

444x reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on 444x, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are a natural person aged 18 or older, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not located in, or accessing the platform from, a Restricted Territory.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate or professional betting operation without prior written consent from 444x.
• You have not previously been excluded from the platform, self-excluded, or had an account suspended or closed for a material breach of these Terms.
• You are opening only one account in your own true name. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may be closed without notice, with balances subject to forfeiture.

When registering an account on 444x, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address and mobile number. You must keep this information up to date at all times. 444x is not liable for losses arising from failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or account access with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in is deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have reported unauthorised access to 444x support promptly after becoming aware of it.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and notify the 444x Help Centre. 444x is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain credential security.

444x is required to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. KYC checks may be triggered at any point during your use of the platform, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, when account activity patterns are unusual, or when regulatory requirements mandate verification.

You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., national identity card, passport).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of the payment method used to deposit funds (e.g., screenshot or statement confirming the method is in your name).
• Source-of-funds documentation where deposits or withdrawal amounts exceed applicable thresholds.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all required KYC documentation has been submitted and verified to 444x's satisfaction. 444x reserves the right to suspend account activity pending completion of KYC where it deems necessary.

All deposits to your 444x account must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. 444x reserves the right to return funds and close an account where third-party payment is detected.

Payment methods displayed on the platform are presented for informational purposes. 444x does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at any given time. Payment method availability may vary depending on your location and the payment provider's own terms.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in your account settings at the time of deposit. All amounts are displayed in PKR / Rs. 444x does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 444x accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account KYC verification is complete and all required documentation has been accepted.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have been fully satisfied prior to requesting withdrawal of funds derived from those bonuses.
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed your verified available real-money balance.
• The withdrawal is made to a payment method in your own name that has previously been used to deposit funds into your account, where technically possible.

444x targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes displayed on the platform at the time of your request. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method, volume of requests and any additional verification requirements. 444x accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

444x reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of the amount. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions and loyalty rewards offered by 444x are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer. In addition, the following general conditions apply to all promotional offers:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager thirty times the bonus value).
• Different game types contribute differently toward fulfilling wagering requirements. Sports betting, slots, live casino games and table games may each carry different contribution percentages. Check individual promotion terms for applicable rates.
• A maximum bet limit applies when playing with active bonus funds. Bets exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred or shared.
• 444x reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotional offer at any time where there is evidence of misuse, abuse or exploitation.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per person, household, IP address or device.

All sports bets placed on 444x are subject to the General Betting Rules and any sport-specific rules published on the platform. The following principles apply to all betting activity:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, bets are binding on both parties unless void under applicable betting rules (e.g., event cancellation, match abandonment).
• 444x reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or potential winnings on any market, for any account, at its discretion. This right is exercised in accordance with commercially reasonable risk management practices.
• In the event of a manifest error in published odds — including but not limited to odds that are clearly incorrect relative to prevailing market prices — 444x reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes.
• Live betting markets are offered in real time. Odds fluctuate during live events. 444x accepts no liability for connectivity issues, device failures or data delays that affect a User's ability to place or manage live bets.
• Cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournament markets, international football, UFC and other sports are offered subject to event availability. Market availability and bet types may vary by sport and competition.

Casino games offered on the 444x platform, including slots, live dealer table games, instant games and progressive jackpots, are provided by third-party game suppliers. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In all cases, the game's certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer outcome is the authoritative result.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot and RNG games reflect the theoretical long-run payout rate and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. RTP figures are based on the game supplier's certified specifications.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server disconnection, software error or incomplete game round — the game session is voided and the stake for any incomplete round is returned to the User's balance. 444x is not liable for losses arising from User-side connectivity failures.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 444x platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) under the same or different identities.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform while underage or on behalf of an underage person.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of corrupt conduct in relation to sporting events.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, miscalculated odds, or system vulnerabilities for commercial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or acting in concert with third parties to manipulate bet outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal purpose.
• Attempting to circumvent geographical restrictions through VPN, proxy, or other means where such use is for the purpose of accessing the platform from a Restricted Territory.

444x is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered users and may be activated at any time through account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory reflection period.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds over a defined period, after which further play is restricted until the limit period resets or a new limit is set.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary suspension of your account for a minimum period you select, during which you cannot deposit, bet or access casino games.
• Self-Exclusion: A longer-term exclusion from the platform, available for durations from several months to permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and once active, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All intellectual property rights in the 444x platform — including but not limited to the 444x brand name, logo, website design, software, content, graphics, text, game interfaces, and data — are owned by or licensed to 444x. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to the User.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the platform's intellectual property without prior written consent from 444x.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 444x, its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

444x does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 444x makes no representations regarding the suitability, accuracy or completeness of any content published on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

444x collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

444x implements technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, disclosure or destruction. For full details of how your data is handled, your rights as a data subject, and how to contact 444x regarding data protection matters, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

444x reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 444x will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept an amended version of these Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request closure of your account. Any funds in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you subject to standard KYC and withdrawal procedures, provided no outstanding wagering obligations remain.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 444x holds its operating license. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the platform's complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Users accessing the 444x platform from Pakistan do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable Pakistani laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other federal or provincial legislation governing online betting and gambling activity. 444x makes no representation that the platform is lawful for use in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction.

444x aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within five business days and to resolve them within 28 calendar days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved within this timeframe, 444x will keep you informed of progress and the expected resolution date.
